LOCATION
The community center is located at 20 Avenue B in the former National Guard Armory.

FACILITY
There are multiple ways/rooms to rent at the Community Center from a single room to the entire facility. See pricing breakdown below.
PRICING
Entire facility (including gymnasium): $300 for all day with an additional $80 cleaning fee.
Gymnasium: $250 for all day with an additional $40 cleaning fee.
Meeting Room/Classroom: $40 per day
Dining Room: $100 for all day with an additional $40 cleaning fee.
Kitchen Rental: $75 per day with an additional $40 cleaning fee.
Dining Room & Kitchen: $150 with an additional $40 cleaning fee.
*Please leave the building in the condition you found it.
RENTAL TERMS
Rental fees are due in full upon approval.
You will also be required to indicate your compliance with this policy as well as your liability certificate when applicable.
Payment must be made in full to officially secure booking.

Major events must provide a $1,000,000
proof of liability insurance.
ALCOHOL POLICY
If alcohol is served, you or your caterer must provide a $1,000,000 certificate of liability insurance (30 days prior to event) naming the Richwood Community Center and the City of Richwood as additionally insured. Alcohol may be served in accordance with applicable WV law. Alcohol may not be served to or by anyone under the age of 21. The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Alcohol shall not be stored on the premises.
You are legally responsible for problems or issues that may result from serving alcohol and agree to indemnify the Richwood Community Center and the City of Richwood harmless from the same. By checking the box on the form below (stating “I agree to follow the rental policies of the Richwood Community Center”), you are hereby agreeing to the alcohol policy.
